Quests: If you're thinking about doing Barrows regularly, In Search of the Myreque will be quite important. Optionally, you could also finish In Aid of the Myreque to get accessibility to Burgh De Rott. Desert Treasure are also useful (for Ice Burst) but is not neccessary. So get seeking the Myreque completed, the other two are optional.

Equiptment: Only from looking at your present equiptment, I will tell you might be short on money. Some general changes you could make are upgrading the Rune/Dragon armour to Barrows armour, specifically Guthans (for set effect) or Torags (for exceptional defence bonuses). Buy an Abbysal Whip... Very costly, but very helpful. If not bring a Dragon Scim, and DDS for spec.
