Breaking: Amaechi opts to resign from Buhari's cabinet
PARIS, OCTOBER 25, 2016: (DGW) If reports reaching our newsroom are anything to go by , the embattled Nigeria's Transportation Minister , Mr Rotimi Amaechi , has opted to resign his appointment from Buhari's cabinet citing animosity, from his former party, the PDP, attack from the press and recently the judges' bribery scandal.
The former Rivers Governor said he unavoidably had to take this painful decision having reviewed the above-named odds against but was left with no option but to resign.
However, President Muhammadu Buhari reportedly accepted his decision with deep regret.
