BREAKING NEWS: Nnamdi Kanu: No Witness; Court Adjourns Case As Justice Binta Nyako Absconds
The court case that involves Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB and the federal government was faced with another hiccup today as the prosecutors once gain failed to make available their 'masked' witnesses to commence the already proposed secret trial.
Meanwhile, Kanu completely raged, stood to his ground that he will never succumb or subject himself to be tried secretly given that he was accused and arrested publicly.
His continuous insistence and opposition of the secret trial led to the vamoosing of the trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako.
The case has however being adjourned to January 12th, 2017
