BOAFRA: JUSTICE AWAITS THE LEADER OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA AT ECOWAS COURT
By Eke Macdonald Ndubuisi
31 October, 2016
This is to inform the general public that justice awaits the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television, at Ecowas Court rescheduled to hold on November 8 2016. It is imperative to remind the public also that the Nigeria legal team of tyrant Buhari, absconding from the earlier scheduled date for ECOWAS Court was a sign of defeat having realised they have no other argument to press further. In view of this, it is presumed the Nigeria government has come to reality that Nnamdi Kanu is fighting a just cause to preserve humanity from further destruction with the use of lethal weapons upon his people of Biafra enslaved in Nigeria during the amalgamation error of 1914 by the British.
Kanu, upon demanding for freedom of his people, dictator Buhari incarcerated him incommunicado for over a year with no fair hearing; which is an offence against his right. The world should be on alert on the evil plans of Nigeria scheduling the trump-up charges against Kanu for practicing his right to self determination same date Ecowas Court fixed hers.
Buhari had lied under oath on different fronts to truncate the decisions of the Judiciary by meddling into the powers of the Judiciary all in a bid to jail a freedom activist. Buhari's government is still keeping Nnamdi Kanu in detention even after the Court had granted him unconditional release on different occasion. Disobedience of Court Order by President Buhari, is enough avenue to start an impeachment proceedings againt him. Also having committed perjury by lying on National Television against IPOB leader for not entering into Nigeria with neither the British passport nor that of Nigeria, should be enough ground to sent him packing from Aso Rock.
Activist Kanu and many other Biafrans locked up in different parts of Nigeria are still locked-up in torture rooms of the Islamic Government of Nigeria presided over by Mohammadu Buhari. The news of his bail and unconditional release was thwarted by DSS under the command of Buhari. This is to keep the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra under duress to negotiate Biafra which he cannot renounce even at the point of death.
The World at large should be abreast of the situation of events in Nigeria under a totalitarian tyrant. IPOB cannot hide or shy away from the Nigeria government because our struggle is legitimately rooted in UN Charter. Therefore, Ecowas Court should implore tyrant Buhari to respect Court pronouncements and release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The unconditional realease of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu with a resounding health, and subsequent restoration of Biafra, will only stop the wave of agitation for it both in Biafraland and around the world.

After independence from Britain, Nigeria became a charnel house for Biafrans, as they continuously deprived us of our right to self-determination.
We were left to the mercies of the wicked Hausa-Fulani of the North and the semi-wicked Yoruba of the south in a unitary state, unsuited for its diverse tribal, ethnic, and religious war.
The gruesome 1967-1970 Biafran war was emblematic and terrible. Ethnic based massacres of Biafrans and countless starved children, who died in their millions having been reduced to ordinary skeletal bones. The horrors suffered by Biafrans gave birth to the f international relief efforts to lessen the unspeakable misery.
The British colonists decolonized Nigeria in violation of international law by failing to transfer power to the great people of Biafra in accordance with our natural Biafran heritage and free will. I can tell you that violation is an affront to fundamental human rights of Biafrans, because all governments derive their powers from the consent of the governed. Now at the war's conclusion, Nigeria's then Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon invented the slogan-, "NO VICTOR, NO VANGUISHED"; a slogan that has turned out to be a pure fallacy, meddled with deceit.
The people of Biafra have been incessantly marginalized, persecuted like traitors, and subjected to a Northern political yolk, which is purely barbaric.
Even till date, we are still being marginalized; we are still being treated as minorities, even though we own the resource that is being used to develop the North. Biafrans are hereby warning Buhari the Nigerian President to let Biafrans go or face the outcome of it all. The Indigenous People of Biafra is dully registered and recognized by the UNITED NATIONS. For the fact that Biafrans are peaceful doesn't mean we have no right to self-defence.
Buhari should release Nnamdi Kanu and numerous Biafrans incarcerated in various Nigerian prisons. We are well organized, unified, and resolute. Tyrant Muhammadu Buhari is desperately trying to push Biafrans to the wall and also tempting the MOST HIGH GOD for failing to heed to let Biafrans go. He should remember what happened to Pharaoh in the Holy Bible EXODUS 6:1, it quotes- "Then the Lord said unto Moses(Kanu), now shalt thou see what I will do to pharaoh(Buhari): for with a strong hand shall he let them(Biafrans)go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land."
Buhari should beware of moving against the will of God, because looking at it now the same thing that happened to Pharaoh and his chariots is about to happen to him and his evil soldiers.
Biafrans fear not, the Nigeria you see today you shall see them no more.
