HOW CAN I FAST?
There are three different types of fasts recorded in the Bible:
* A total or complete fast, where neither food nor water is consumed.
In this type of fast, a complete fast, natural hunger usually leaves by the third or the fourth day and returns in about twenty one to forty days or longer. There are two different instances recorded when Moses fasted for forty days and forty nights, where he neither ate nor drank water. (Exodus 34:28; Deuteronomy 9:18-2. The King of Nineveh proclaimed a fast throughout Nineveh, whether neither man nor beast could eat or drink. (Jonah 3:8-9).
*A fast where only water is consumed.
Before Jesus started His Ministry, He fasted for forty days and forty nights. During that time, He ate nothing. (Luke 4:2) - Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days He did eat nothing: and when they were ended, He afterward hungered.
Following this time of fasting, angels came and ministered to Him. (Matthew 4:11).
* A partial fast, where an individual abstains from eating specific foods.
Daniel fasted twenty one days. During that time he did not eat meat or drink any wine. (Daniel 10:2-3).
2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.
3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
There were many times when the prophets and leaders of nations called for a fast throughout the land. King Jehoshaphat proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. (II Chronicles 20:1-29); the King of Nineveh proclaimed a public fast (Jonah 3:8-9); the prophet Ezra proclaimed a fast throughout Israel. (Ezra 8:21). God spoke through the prophet Joel, calling a fast throughout Israel. (Joel 1:13-14).
COMMENT PUIS-JE JEÛNER ?
Il existe trois types différents de jeûne dans la Bible:
* Un jeûne total ou complet, où ni la nourriture ni l'eau n'est consommée.
Dans ce type de jeûne, une faim complète et rapide, la faim naturelle part habituellement vers le troisième ou le quatrième jour et revient dans environ vingt à quarante jours ou plus. Il y a deux cas différents enregistrés lorsque Moïse jeûna pendant quarante jours et quarante nuits, où il ne mangeait ni ne buvait d'eau. (Exode 34:28, Deutéronome 9: 18-2. Avant de commencer son ministère, Jésus jeûna pendant quarante jours et quarante nuits. Pendant ce temps, Il n'a rien mangé. (Luc 4: 2) - Être quarante jours tentés par le diable. Et en ce temps-là, il ne mangeait rien; et quand ils furent terminés, Il a faim après.
Après ce temps de jeûne, des anges vinrent le servir. (Matthieu 4:11).
* Un jeûne partiel, où un individu s'abstient de manger des aliments spécifiques.
Daniel jeûnait vingt et un jours. Pendant ce temps, il ne mangeait pas de viande ni ne buvait de vin. (Daniel 10: 2-3).
«À cette époque, moi, Daniel, je reste dans le deuil pendant trois semaines.
Pendant tout ce temps, je ne mange aucune nourriture délicieuse. Je ne prends ni viande, ni vin, et je ne peigne pas mes cheveux.»
Il y avait de nombreuses fois où les prophètes et les chefs des nations appelèrent à un jeûne dans tout le pays.
Le roi Josaphat proclama un jeûne dans tout Juda. (II Chroniques 20: 1-29);
Le roi de Ninive a proclamé un jeûne public (Jonas 3: 8-9);
Le prophète Ezra a proclamé un jeûne dans tout Israël. (Esdras 8:21).
Dieu parla par le prophète Joël, appelant un jeûne dans tout Israël. (Joël 1: 13-14)
WHY SHOULD WE FAST, PRAY AND PRAISE!!
FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 58
For our purpose in life to be fulfilled, we have to understand that every command from God is for our profit, 2Tim 3:17.
Fasting is commanded for our specific benefits as it is in our foundation Scripture. Isaiah 58
Every encounter with God requires spiritual preparation – Amos 4:12/ 2 Chr. 27:6
We must sanctify ourselves if we truly desire an encounter with God – Exo. 19:10-14
Fasting with prayers, is a platform for setting the stage for an encounter with God – Jude 20/ 1 Thess. 4:3/ 1 Jn 5:14-15
One day of favor is worth more than a life time of labor – Ecc. 9:11/ 1Sam. 16:21/22/Ps. 30:7
Prayer and fasting is what destroys misfortunes and opens the door to favor – Est. 4:16-17/ Est. 5:1-3/ Neh. 1:1-11/Neh. 2:1-8
Divine guidance is key to supernatural breakthroughs–Gen. 26:1-4/ Is. 48:17-21/ Ps. 23:1-6
Prayer and fasting is a vital key to accessing divine guidance–Ezr. 8:21-23/ Is. 58:6,11
HOW TO HAVE A PROFITABLE FAST
1. Personally define your goals and objectives. Why are you fasting? Ezra 8:21-23. For direction and protection, healing, deliverance, breakthrough, greater spiritual level. Get your purpose right.
2. Prepare to engage your heart in seeking the Lord. Prov. 16:1. Your heart must be prepared to make God your focus. Jer. 29:13. 2Chron 27:6. Determine to have a spiritually robust time with God. This year’s fasting program will profit you in Jesus Christ name.
3. Refuse to be offended in God and men. Matt.11:6, Ish. 58:9-10. let go of all the pain, frustration, bitterness, betrayals, failures of the past etc. Delete them all, after all, you are going somewhere this year and you will get there in Jesus Christ name, amen.
4. Come, confessing and forsaking your sins. Ish. 59:1-2, Ps. 66:18, 1Jhn. 1:9
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THIS FAST?
BY THE END OF THIS MONTH, IT WILL BE OBVIOUS TO EVERYONE THAT GOD HAS VISITED YOU.
1. It will facilitate your deliverance from all evils, unwanted habits, addiction, pollution and all those sins that easily beset us. Heb. 12:1. The race for 2017 has begun, you have to be light, no luggage.
2. It will facilitate answers to our prayers, Ish.58:9. This year will be your sweetest year, as you are praying, God will answer. No more frustration in prayers.
3. To secure favor from God. What others are struggling to get, favor will locate you and give it to you. Somebody here, what you are not qualified for, will be given to you! Neh. 1 -chap 8.
4. Empowers fulfillment of prophecy. 1 Tim: 1:18. God has spoken concerning you don’t mean you will get it; you have to contend for it sometimes. Dan. 10
5. Builds our prayer life which empowers us to see God's glory. Ex 33: 18. Connect God's glory and you will be made. All you need is to contact God's glory and this year, people will not see your sweat but they will not be able to deny your sweet in Jesus Christ name.
6. Your spirit will be in tune with the Spirit of God that is The God on earth with us and you will thereby have a glorious walk and work with Him on earth!

Please partake of the communion table as you break your fast for those 21 days. (Get the blood and the flesh ready at all times
We must know that our fasting is not to bribe God, but to humble our flesh to contact Divinity.
AFTER ALL, ALL THESE YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN EATING....HAVE GOTTEN PAID FOR EATING? JUST STOP AND LET YOUR FLESH KNOW WHO IS INCHARGE- YOUR SPIRIT!

Pour que notre but dans la vie soit accompli, nous devons comprendre que chaque commandement de Dieu est pour notre profit, 2Tm 3:17.
Le jeûne est commandé pour nos bienfaits spécifiques, comme c'est le cas dans notre Écriture de base. Ésaïe 58
Chaque rencontre avec Dieu nécessite une préparation spirituelle - Amos 4: 12/2 Chr. 27: 6
Nous devons nous sanctifier si nous désirons vraiment une rencontre avec Dieu - Exo. 19: 10-14
Le jeûne avec prières, est une plate-forme pour préparer la scène pour une rencontre avec Dieu - Jude 20/1 Thess. 4: 3/1 Jn 5: 14-15
Un jour de faveur vaut plus qu'une vie de travail - Ecc. 9: 11 / 1Sam. 16: 21/22 / Ps. 30: 7
La prière et le jeûne est ce qui détruit les malheurs et ouvre la porte à la faveur - Est. 4: 16-17 / Est. 5: 1-3 / Neh. 1: 1-11 / Neh. 2: 1-8

COMMENT AVOIR UN RENDEMENT PROFITABLE
1. Définir personnellement vos buts et objectifs.
Pourquoi êtes-vous à jeun? Esdras 8: 21-23. Pour la direction et la protection, la guérison, la délivrance, la percée, un plus grand niveau spirituel.
Obtenez votre objectif à droite.
2. Préparez-vous à engager votre cœur dans la recherche du Seigneur. Prov. 16: 1.
Votre cœur doit être prêt à faire de Dieu votre attention. Jer. 29:13. 2Chron 27: 6.
Déterminez d'avoir un temps spirituellement robuste avec Dieu. Le programme de jeûne de cette année vous profitera au nom de Jésus-Christ.
3. Refuser d'être offensé en Dieu et les hommes. Matt.11: 6, Ish. 58: 9-10.
Laissez-vous aller de toute la douleur, la frustration, l'amertume, les trahisons, les échecs du passé, etc. Supprimez-les tous, après tout, vous allez quelque part cette année et vous y arriverez en Jésus-Christ.
4. Venez, confessant et abandonnant vos péchés. Ish. 59: 1-2, Ps. 66:18, 1Jhn. 1: 9
QUE DOIS-JE ATTENDRE DE CE JEUNE?
À LA FIN DE CE MOIS, IL SERA ÉVIDENT À TOUTES QUE DIEU VOUS A VISITÉ.
1. Il facilitera votre délivrance de tous les maux, les habitudes indésirables, la toxicomanie, la pollution et tous les péchés qui nous assaillent facilement. Heb. 12: 1. La course pour 2017 a commencé, il faut être léger, pas de bagages.
2. Il facilitera les réponses à nos prières, Ish.58: 9. Cette année sera votre année la plus douce, pendant que vous priez, Dieu vous répondra. Plus de frustration dans les prières.
3. Pour obtenir la grâce de Dieu. Ce que les autres luttent pour obtenir, favoriser vous localiser et vous le donner. Quelqu'un ici, ce pour quoi vous n'êtes pas qualifié, vous sera donné! Neh. 1 -chap 8.
4. Permet l'accomplissement de la prophétie. 1 Tim: 1:18. Dieu a parlé au sujet de vous ne signifie pas que vous l'obtiendrez; Vous avez à lutter pour elle parfois. Dan. dix
5. Construire notre vie de prière qui nous autorise à voir la gloire de Dieu. Ex 33: 18. Connectez la gloire de Dieu et vous serez faits. Tout ce que vous avez besoin est de contacter la gloire de Dieu et cette année, les gens ne verront pas votre sueur, mais ils ne seront pas en mesure de nier votre douceur en Jésus-Christ nom.
6. Votre esprit sera en harmonie avec l'Esprit de Dieu qui est le Dieu sur terre avec nous et vous aurez ainsi une promenade glorieuse et travailler avec Lui sur la terre!

PRAYER GUIDELINE FOR JANUARY 2017 21 DAYS PRAYER AND FASTING PROGRAM. (Another opportunity to re-write history)
It is our year of settlement and I therefore welcome all the participants to this fasting and praying mountain, where GOD is going to MAKE US.
*Invite the Holy Spirit on a daily basis, to help you to pray through you and help you pray and breakthrough*
If you are not BORN AGAIN or you are not sure of your position in Christ, repeat this confession.
"Heavenly Father, I come to You today in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe in my heart that He died for my sins, I believe that You raised Him from the dead for my justification. I receive Him today into my life as my personal LORD and SAVIOR, remove my name from the book of the workers of iniquity and write my name in the BOOK OF LIFE. Take over my life from today and glorify Your name with it in Jesus Christ name, amen. (Pray until you have and fill peace in you)
And maybe, you were born again, but you are no longer sure of your stand. You have allowed the way of the world to take over your life again, PRAY: “My Father and my God, restore and heal my inner man. By Your Grace, renew, re-fire, possess me O Lord and use me for Your Glory in Jesus Christ name, amen"

I RAISE THE PREVAILING WALL OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH ALL AROUND OUR LIVES, FAMILY, MINISTRY, HOMES AND CAREERS IN THIS FASTING PROGRAM AND BEYOND.
PRAYER AND FASTING EMPOWERS – Is. 58:6-14 and I pray God will empower us greatly on this mountain.
1) THANKSGIVING: Enter with thanksgiving and appreciate God (Matt 6:9).
a) My Father and my God, thank You for destroying all interference of the devil against me and my family, through out last year. (Rev. 12:11)
b) My Father and my God, thank You for reaching out to multitudes through us, as we evangelize the world for our Christ in every way possible in this 21 days prayer and fasting in Jesus Christ name. (Zach4:6, Jude 1: 23)
c) Holy Ghost, thank You for sweeping out the dens of demonic kingdoms and liberating Your people. Let there be convictions, conversions, divine and judgment, in our midst, resulting in global supernatural Church growth in Jesus Christ name. (Jn.6:8-11).
d) My Father and my God, thank You for the amazing testimonies of turnarounds and breakthroughs in the lives of every participant in this 21 days of prayer, fasting and praise in Jesus Christ name.
2) INTERCESSION FOR CHURCH GROWTH Pray for His Kingdom to be established: (Matt.6:1
a) Holy Spirit, take over the Churches worldwide in power and in holiness thereby making the today Church a force to reckon with, in Jesus Christ name. (Num.: 31)
b) Mighty God, destroy every spiritual blindfold of the enemy aimed at preventing multitudes from getting saved and established in our Churches and ministries in Jesus Christ name. ( 2 Cor.4:4)
c) Mighty God, our Father, as we fast and pray, cause the ears of all Your lost sheep worldwide to hear Your voice calling them back to you in Jesus Christ name. (Is. 5:6)
d) Father, let the zeal of Your House consume every participant in this program, all worshipers in our local Churches and all in this online Ministry. Plant Your fire deep inside of us for a tireless engagement in Kingdom advancement endeavors all through this year and beyond in Jesus Christ name. (Psalm 69:9)
e) O God our Father, let there be an eruption of signs and wonders that will cause the fear and reverence of God in all the services of every Church represented here and thereby leading to an explosive revival globally in Jesus Christ name.(Acts 5:12-14)
f) Our Father and our God, let that same Power that has made our children for signs and wonders rest upon them at all times and protect them from the god of this world and his agents and build them up for great signs and wonders on earth to Your glory in Jesus Christ name.(Isa.8:18)
g) Mighty God, deliver and protect our youths in all the Churches from the god of this world and his agents and cause them to receive the love of Christ in their hearts afresh on a daily basis to live, walk, work and occupying territories for You in Jesus Christ name. (1Tim4:12, 2Tim2:22)
h) My Father, my Father, let Your east wind of fury shut the door against all satanic assaults targeted at every member of this global online ministry physically and spiritually in Jesus Christ name.(Gen.19: 10-11)
i) Mighty God, grant every member of this online ministry an unprecedented boldness and utterances thereby leading to massive salvation of souls as you grant us and use us for the 'ears have not heard nor eyes seen' kind of signs and wonders in Jesus Christ name. (Acts 14:3)
j) Father, send forth the reaper angels to pursue after all the backsliding brothers and sisters in all the Churches represented in this global internet ministry , in their everyday activities, dreams, circumstances and compel them to return back to the fold in Jesus Christ name.(Acts 10:3,34-35)
k) O Lord our God and Father, send into our midst an increasing revelations that will lead to supernatural dimension of Church growth globally in Jesus Christ name.(Acts 6:7)
l) Mighty God strengthen the aged among us, renew their youth, enlighten their understanding of you and cause them to boldly and courageously take cities for you spiritually and physically in Jesus Christ name.(Ps.92:14)
3) INTERCESSION FOR NEW CONVERTS
a) Father, we decree the liberty of all our new converts of the year from all forms of bondage, spells, sickness, enchantments and generational curses in Jesus Christ name. (Num. 23:23)
b) Father, we decree that every soul saved this year be established in the faith and in the Church in Jesus Christ name.(Col 4:12)
c) Mighty God and our Father, we come against all powers of darkness that may want to draw any of our converts this year back to the world by the power in the Blood of our Christ in Jesus Christ name. (Eccl. 3:14)
d) Father, turn all our new converts this year into living testimonies for Your glory in Jesus Christ name. ( Luke 10:19)
4) PERSONAL INTERCESSION FOR THE FIRST ONE WEEK: 11th- 17th
1. By the blood, of Christ, I paralyze the forces of hell assigned to contend with me and my prayers today.
2. Every plan of the enemy meant to weaken and slow me down in this fasting be scattered by fire.
3. Root of sin and disobedience in my life, hear me, I shall recover all, in the name of Jesus die now by fire, dry up now by fire.
4. Traps of sins set by my adversaries to trap my destiny, in this 2017, in the name of Jesus catch fire, catch fire now.
5. In 1kings 19:4 Elijah declared in frustration: "O LORD, take away my life, for i am not better than my fathers". I declare in boldness, the sin that over whelmed and cut short the destinies of my father and mother shall not prevail over me. In the name of Jesus Christ, wither away now by fire.
6. One of the sins of Elijah that made God to be disappointed in him was the sin of fear .LORD, by the mercy and grace of God, I will not fall into this sin; I shall not disappoint You, I prevail now by fire in Jesus Christ name.
7. In 1kings 19:13, God asked Elijah "What doest thou here, Elijah?", because God saw that he had again committed the sin of running. O Lord, deliver me from any sin that will make me to run away from my place of assignment and honor by the Blood of Jesus.
8. Arise Lord, and destroy the seed of evil exchange, delay and procrastination in my life.
9. Arise O Lord and destroy the seed of the eyes, lust of the flesh, lust of the mind in my life.
PERSONAL INTERCESSION FOR THE 2nd WEEK OF OUR 21 DAYS OF FASTING WITH PRAYERS: 18-24 January.

1. Every Godly prophecy that has gone forth concerning me, before I was born or since I was born till now, that should have been in manifestation but is not. 2017 is your year to manifest and be fulfilled in Jesus Christ name.
2. Whatever the devil has planned to stop the fulfillment of God's Word for and in my life in this 2017 and beyond, be crushed today in Jesus Christ name.
3. No one shall see the hand or seed of the wicked in my life again. Power of God , crush them to their roots in Jesus Christ name.
4. No more prolonged painful and cast down situations in my life. God only permits me to suffer for a while or a moment. Therefore, Set me free today Mighty God from every enemy induced situations in my life, in Jesus Christ name.
5. The giant Lion in me is coming out in this year 2017 to increase, multiply, replenish and dominate in all my God ordained territories in life in Jesus Christ name.
6. You womb of 2017, I speak into you and declare this day; every good thing that eluded me in the past, will be turning forcefully to my favor, turn by turn. (Mention your name here and say); Welcome to your world of exploits in Jesus Christ name.
7. By the Power that created this world, by the supremacy of Christ, I declare and I proclaim, no more shaking in any area of my life in Jesus Christ name.
8. I and my household will be exempted from every kind of evil in 2017 and beyond, in Jesus Christ name.
9. I will have a new story to tell, that will erase the pains of my past in this month to the glory of God in Jesus Christ name.
10. By the power of God, I separate myself from the evil in my family in Jesus Christ name.
11. Every evil mark on me for recognition for and from the satanic kingdom, so they can afflict me be erased completely from your root in Jesus Christ name.
5) INTERCESSION FOR ALL OUR MEMBERS
1) Pray that God gives us the heathen for our inheritance and the uttermost part of the earth for our possession. (Ps. 2:8)
2) Pray down supernatural restoration of glory and change of levels for every of our members thereby drawing multitudes to the Kingdom. (Zech. 8:22-23)
3) Pray to destroy all interference of the devil and his agents, spiritually and physically in the lives of all our members in Jesus Christ name. (Rev 12:11)
4) Pray for all our members to be dramatically positioned this year for a dramatic turnaround encounter, that will give us divine speed and leaps throughout this year and beyond in Jesus Christ name. (Hosea 12:13)
5) Father by Your power, let every of our members in any part of this world, who is called barren, become a joyful mother of children this year in Jesus Christ name. (Ps.113:9)
6) Pray that all those who desire to be married, be supernaturally connected to their marital destiny before this year runs out, in Jesus Christ name. (Gen 24:13-21)
7) Pray for safe and quick delivery for all the pregnant sisters in our midst. (Isa.66:9) 8) Pray for ministerial, business and career breakthrough for every member. (Ps. 1:3)
9) Pray for the sick among us to receive instant divine healing by the power in the stripes of our Christ. (Ps.107:2
1 On this mountain Father, set each and every one of us free from all forms of bondages, spells, sickness, enchantments, and generational curses in Jesus Christ name.(Num. 23:23)
11) Pray that God will ignite the prayer life of every member, cause us to die to self, and destroy every distractions on our way physically and spiritually that we might become His purpose for our lives in Jesus Christ name. (Jer.1:5)
5) INTERCESSION FOR LEADERSHIP
1) Father continue to endue leadership at all levels in this global ministry with divine wisdom, thereby leading to continuous growth and expansion of this ministry globally in Jesus Christ name.( Ish.33:6)
2) Father inject into the Apostle over this mandate with the wisdom from above for sustainable spiritual and physical growth and development of this Foundation in Jesus Christ name. (Matt.13:54)
3) Father let all our and Admins be filled with the Spirit of wisdom afresh, so they can continue to feed and nourish the flock, with wisdom, knowledge leading to continuous growth in this year both for the foundation and individual members.(Jer. 3:15-16)
4) Father, visit all our partners with an explosive financial breakthrough this year and encourage them, as they make themselves available to be used of You for outreaches all over the world this year and beyond, that will lead to massive soul winning and their settlement into the Church in Jesus Christ name. (Luke6:38)
5) Mighty God, continue to protect the Apostle over is mandate, the Admins, Partners and their families, in all their going out and coming in this year in Jesus Christ name.(Psm.135:13-15)
6) Father, continue to renew the prophetic unction upon your bond servant, the Apostle over this mandate, grant her continuous access to Your plan and purposes per time as leads the flock and continue to use her in signs and wonders in Jesus Christ name.(Heb.8:5, 2 Cor.12:12)
