PRESS RELEASE

"Therefore, having critically and expertly studied the Nigerian Army statement, the leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties and the Rule of Law; firmly finds contradictorily and boldly states as follows:
1. That the Nigerian Army of present composition is Jihadist and ethnically biased in its operations and exercise of its auxiliary securitization roles particularly as it concerns its genocidal response to the peaceful and nonviolent processions and protests by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra and other Pro-Biafra campaigners as well as those of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN).
2. That the Nigerian Army is a military assemble dominated by promoters and perpetrators of ethnocide, religocide and genocide.
3. That the Nigerian Army’s operational modes are utterly vindictive, Yorean, hegemonic, crude, barbaric, murderous and atrocious.
4. That the Nigerian Army grossly and recklessly adopts and uses via Presidential backing; operational death code of “treat (including waste or kill) any Pro-Biafra Campaigner as a terrorist, failed coupist or insurrectionist with associated torturous and murderous sanctions outside the law.
5. That the Nigerian Army is engrossed in falsehood and criminal spinning of alarming proportions.
6. That the Nigerian Army brazenly and wickedly corrupts and bastardizes the UN Principles of Rules of Engagement; which are fundamentally embedded in the Geneva Conventions or Laws of War of 1949; which, in turn, originated from the three war (bellum) principles of Jus Ad Bellum, Jus In Bellum and Jus Post Bellum.
7. That the Nigerian Army’s constant reference to use of “Rules of Engagement” in massacring unarmed and defenceless members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) and unarmed and defenceless citizens exercising their regional and international rights to Self Determination such as members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPO is a total corruption and bastardization of the UN System’s Rules of Engagement; strictly designed for internal and international armed conflicts as well as a fundamental breach of the Fundamental Rules of the International Law under the UN System.
8. That under the UN System, no armed forces of any member-State of the UN including the Nigerian Army are allowed to use war-like weaponry and force to control or manage citizens’ street match grievances; and where force is allowed at all, principles of Use of Force and its Proportionality must be strictly applied at all times (i.e. firearms or automatic weapons must not be used to disarm protesting citizens holding catapults).
9. That till date, there are no traces of members of the IPOB taking up arms against the Federal Republic of Nigeria or any part thereof.
10. That till date, no concrete evidence has been produced by the Federal Government empirically showing that members of IPOB have engaged in bombing of any government or public facility or killing of soldiers and other members of the security forces in battle fields.
11. That till date, no battle fields whether active or passive have been identified and linked to members of the IPOB.
12. That till date, no member of IPOB dead or alive has been linked by any branch of the Nigerian security forces; with provable evidence; to culpable homicide or murder of any innocent Nigerian citizen.
13. That almost all the street protests embarked upon by members of IPOB since July/August 2015 have been devoid of violence; particularly at the beginning of the protests and where any violent rarely erupted; it most likely occurred on account of rare expression of angers and frustrations by the surviving peaceful protesters over the unprovoked shooting and killing of their unarmed and defenceless colleagues by soldiers and other members of the security forces.
14. That the host State Governments in the protesting areas, in conjunction with killer-security agents have on several occasions, attempted to plant violence into the peaceful protests so as to find grounds to unleash deadly State violence on the Pro-Biafra peaceful protesters; and in some cases; some police personnel were found to have been used as sacrificial lambs by their operational commanders during the peaceful protests by being collaterally shot so as to portray IPOB as a violent or militant group.
15. That where such unfortunate police officers rarely met the wrath of provoked and retreating peaceful protesters by way of clubbing or fist cuff wounds, they most likely got shot under in-service circumstances so as to blame it on IPOB and its leadership and portray same as “Armed Independent People of Biafra” (Retired IGP Solomon Arase, June 2016).
16. That the use of Biafra Flags, Chaplets and Holy Bibles during IPOB street protests or Church Vigils or School Compound Singing and Praying can never be translated or interpreted to mean “use of firearms”, “dynamites” or “raw acids”.
17. That conversely, there were provable evidence that it was soldiers that used raw acids and machetes against the unarmed and defenceless Pro-Biafra Campaigners particularly during the 9th of February 2016 IPOB singing and prayer procession inside the National High School in Aba as well as the 29th and 30th of May 2016 World Igbo/Biafra Heroes Day at Nkpor and its environs.
18. That further attestation to the fact that Pro-Biafra Campaigners particularly members of IPOB have remained non-violent and a non-armed opposition group could be seen in the nine-count criminal charges preferred by the Federal Government against Citizen Nnamdi Kanu and three others before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
19. That in the whole charges none of them is charged with evidence-generated murder or manslaughter, or rape, or armed uprising or active terrorism; and that in the case of Engineer Chidiebere Onwudiwe who was charged with “terrorism”; the accusation to the effect that he was “caught in Enugu researching on how to make Improvise Explosive Devices (IEDs)”, will legally take the second coming of Jesus Christ for it to be convictably proved.
20. That in the case of Mr. Benjamin Madubugwu, who was charged with “unlawful possession of firearms (Pump Action Gun)”; the “Pump Action Gun(s)” is categorized under the Firearms Act of 2004 as “non-prohibited firearms” (i.e. it can be possessed by any citizen with a valid license).
21. That the Nigerian Army and other culpable security agencies in the butchery of at least 250 Pro-Biafra Campaigners have no iota of defense or justification for heinously perpetrating the mass-murder with reckless abandon in about eight different locations between July/August 2015 and May 2016.
22. That their attempts to “manufacture or plant group violence” to escape their deadly culpabilities have failed woefully; locally, regionally and internationally.
23. That these explain desperation of the Buhari Administration and its killer-security forces, leading to seemed unleashing of both physical and psychological threats on the authorities of the Amnesty International in Nigeria so as to scare them from releasing the Special Report in Nigeria; forcing them to change its release venue from Nigeria to UK, as was the case three days ago.".........by........INTERSOCIETY

BIAFRA: NIGERIA’S REPLY TO AMNESTY INT’ REPORT ON BIAFRA GENOCIDE; REPEATING THE CAUSES OF 1967 BIAFRA VS NIGERIA WAR

By Ifeanyi Chijioke
November 26, 2016

One of the worst things that could happen to Nigerians and their leaders is if they did not read and assimilate this piece of mine. For this purpose, this article will be sent and shared to a good number of Nigerian leaders, Nigerians and international bodies that care for a stable world. Nigerian media in an effort to conceal and defend injustice; everybody is making a mistake or being led to that point everybody ended in 1967. They have failed to appeal to the conscience or consciousness of Nigerians and her leaders to adjust and think more about future, sacrifices and generational stability.
They are extremely fighting Biafra; even when Biafra needs just a dialogue or argument. They have raised weapons in the broad daylight and in the dead of the night when disengaged men see not their acts; they perpetrate injustice, maim, rape, kill and think there are no traces. The evidence against them is immense; with 87 videos, 0ver hundred photos and more, Nigeria is supposed to be pleading and not backing their crimes against humanity. The price will be ten folds immense than the act; if relevant authorities fail to do justice, the people might go for jungle justice, who knows? We might land into another civil war with the way Nnamdi Kanu - the spark plug is being detained. But hopefully, Justice Binta Nyako will nip it in the bud.

I am practically getting worried over the happenings in Nigeria; this is the carbon copy of everything that caused the 1967 Biafra vs Nigeria war. Gradually and by each dawn, we draw closer to all the events that caused that gruesome war. I am beginning to be conscious of this impending civil war; it is becoming clearer to me that this matter may inevitably lead to another war if we don’t follow Nnamdi Kanu’s ideology or way. Nnamdi Kanu had continuously angled for peace and used mouth without confrontations to execute everything he planned. He took this battle to a level we are alien to; courtesy of his foreign education and experience; they reason matter, they fight with their head and not with guns. This is an internal matter that needs reason, debate, argument and vocal approach, which Nnamdi Kanu has spontaneously used.

I day-dream the previous civil war each time I blink my eyes while on this computer; with my fingers placed on the keyboard, I try to forbid it even though I am ready for it. The majority of Biafrans on the streets shouting that if war doesn’t start that Nigerian government will continue to trample on the human rights of Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafrans did not experience that war. Nobody knows what war is all about and this is why to trigger another civil war will be as easy as abc. Some are already saying that they would personally get logistics and instigate others on their own accord to fight for the release of Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafrans and ultimately for the restoration of Biafra.

Just like the previous war; everything that caused that civil war is repeating itself, and it is unfortunate that Nigerian leaders have failed to learn from history. There might be some difficulties in drawing the consciousness of Nigerians or the world to this development because instead of making the history of Nigeria which cannot be told without that civil war obvious; they hid it from everyone and had suddenly hid it from their...follow link to read more:

A JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES BEGINS WITH A STEP!!.

We were once a YouTube radio, we were once a face book charlatans/freedom fighters. We were once a Radio noise markers!. They said we are miscreants and jobless group of people. They said we are arrogant and insultive , They even challenged us to take our freedom to the street, they said we should take it to Lagos and Abuja. they said that Nnamdi kanu is a nobody and a small boy. But today what is the out come of our resoluteness?.

The said YouTube Radio and facebook freedom fighters came out on the street fearlessly, we took our protest in Lagos and Abuja, Nnamdi KANU who is a small boy, that doesn't have any zoo political appointments has being visited by the political leaders (Senators). The World has being talking about IPOB and NNAMDI KANU even BBC ,Fox news etc, can't be silent anymore!!. Nnamdi Kanu said!!. I WILL NEVER PAY THEM KOBO FOR THEM TO TALK ABOUT US! WHEN THE TIME COMES THEY WILL BE FORCED TO TALK ABOUT US!!!. BECAUSE CHUKWU OKIKE ABIAMA SAID THAT WE SHOULD COME!!.

When the Enemy want to destroy a family he first of all monument a division among it's members but when members realize the cause of their disunity; The Enemy will go his way. Biafra has come to BE!

Just IN you must read.
You claim you hate Nigeria but you love her pet name "Nigeria Delta" or Niger Delta in short! are you this dumb? Anyways look at what one of your so called Niger delta person wrote by name Lawrence Tonye Boyelayefa....
"Hello, My name is Lawrence Tonye Boyelayefa, am from Bayelsa Brass L.G.A and I want to say something about self determination between Nigeria and Biafra.. Let me start by saying that first and foremost, we from the Delta who keep on hating the Igbo people need to wake up! yes when I say we need to wake up, we need to wake up! The enemies are in our lands harvesting our wealth and resources and we are here chasing rats when our house is on FIRE! First of all, I want to apologise to the BIAFRANS wherever they are, please forgive me! Whenever you see these people SHOUTING Niger delta republic, it's obvious that they don't know what they are doing.... At first I was in support of Niger Delta republic but since I noticed that we don't have a leader, a self determination body and recognition by international bodies.. Whenever the igbos shout Biafra, what came to my mind was that the igbos are after our oil! but no, the igbos were never after our oil, this is the lie that Nigeria wanted us to believe! I asked my dad the meaning of Niger delta and he told me to shut up! He said the person who gave that name is a murderer! A man that sponsored Odi massacre and probably Zaki biam massacre and he came and gave us a fake name and we accepted it! hmmm we need to wake up. My dad told me he lost his grandfather to the Odi massacre where almost everything was killed like mad! He also told me that the name Niger delta was a coy by Nigeria to weaken our unity! That's why my dad told me that if we provoke the igbos now, sooner or later we might regret it! OK now my suggestions to my Fellow Delta region people are;
1 - If the military starts to raid our lands and start a form of massacre, where will we run to? Which tribe will harbour us? is it the Hausa's or the Yorubas? It's definitely the IGBOS... So you can now imagine.?
2- if Nigeria eventually breaks today , where do you think we would be with? is it not the same igbos? Remember I saw a remark by Buhari which says 'I'll wipe out the Igbo race , after all, oil belongs to Moslems only!' I became shocked! So if this man can say this then we are in trouble ! no wonder Northerners see us as nyamirris (Igbos) ..
3- what if Nigeria breaks now and all the oil that we have been bombing now polluting our lands , don't you know that we are going to suffer it? In the future now, we might be begging to live in the lands of the Igbo people... All the bombing will bring about so much health challenges in the future.. Remember how Germany lost part of its drinking water during WW2? that's what could happen to us in the future.. let's be careful! Cancer and other nuclear sicknesses could ravage there, so the best thing we should do now is to form a Biafra with the igbos, at least under the leadership of NNAMDI KANU and IPOB, it'll benefit us all!
Incase if you don't know , igbo land isn't landlocked! yes I know what am saying! I've been to the 5 igbo states and some igbo land of the Niger delta and I know what am saying, I didn't know that River Niger passes through Anambra state in a huge dimension and some other tributaries there that run directly to the sea. I didn't know that you could drive a boat from Anambra to Bayelsa and back to anywhere in the east that has a tributary and you're here calling igbo land landlocked! When I went to Imo state I saw the Imo river and it was magnificent! I didn't know that all these run to the sea. I trust my igbo guys , they can transform there into a mini sea port! what you are supposed to say is igbo land in the east is partially landlocked. Now coming back to you people, many of you insulting the igbos haven't traveled at all! travel for yourself and see what you're missing! If not for an igbo man, I'd have been dead by now! when the Alimajirris started their ' lai ila ila lai' in Kano state, I managed to run with one igbo man called Ekwueme sometime around 2001 when some of the igbos were running away and we are here hating the Igbo people! it's a pity! we need the east more that they even need us, because if the five igbo stare go and form a Biafra and leave the Niger delta behind, we could be fighting a war with Nigeria and The rest of world backing them up! how can we? it's better we support Biafra so that the world can recognise us and do something about it! So pls Niger delta is just a company to Nigeria as Nigeria is to Britain! the both has expired! So please let's support Biafra because that's our last hope! had it been Niger delta was suggested by an Ijaw, Urhobo, itshekiri or IGBO man, I can leave with that! but a Yoruba man gave us that name and ever since then we haven't progressed! Let's go back to the names we used to bear before Nigeria was created! Let's not make the same mistake our fathers made by listening to Nigeria... If we can't learn from the case of Ese Oruru, Adaka Boro and Ken saro wiwa then we are bound to be useless! a word is enough for the wise! the Northerners call us igbos when they want to kill us, call us SouthSouth when they want to deceive is, call us Niger delta when they loot from us and minority when they want to intimidate us! it's better we know who our enemies are and stop pointing accusing fingers at the IGBOS. Let me stop so far, but I still have more to say. Good day!"
