"Taking a critical look at his 48 key public securitization appointments: they are 38 northern Muslims and 10 mostly southern Christians with zero allocation to Southeast Christian population. Take another look at his administration's recent promotions and postings in the senior command hierarchy of the Nigeria Police Force; constitutionally charged with internal security. Northern Muslims control 70% of the 37 State CPs and the FCT. 80% of the AIGs in charge of the country's 12 Zonal Commands are Muslims and none is allocated to the Southeast with largest concentration of Christian population in Nigeria ancestrally or by birth. Muslims also dominate up to 70%/80% of the headship of Police Marine, Police Border Patrol,Police Highway, Police Airport, Police Anti Terrorism, Police SARS, FCID, SCIDs, Operations, Special Protection Units, State OPS, Area Commands, Divisional Commands, etc. We challenge the Buhari administration to proof us wrong by publishing publicly the geopolitical origins of the heads of these strategic police formations mentioned above. "The State aided and abetted Fulani Janjaweed violence is another coordinated violence intended and targeted at rural Christian populations in North-central or Middle-Belt, Southeast and South-south Nigeria and since the inception of the Buhari administration in late May 2015, over 1000 Christians have been massacred. In 2014 alone, 1,229 mostly Christians were massacred by the Government backed agro-religious fundamentalist group, erroneously called "Fulani Herdsmen". In six months of 2015 (January-June), 631 mostly rural Christians were massacred by the same Fulani Janjaweed. In this 2016 alone, hundreds have been butchered in their sleep and farms. As we speak, some communities in Delta State including Ndokwa East LGA and other communities and LGAs in Southeast and South-south Nigeria are under siege and terror of the Fulani Janjaweed.

Up to 250 members of Igbo- Christian Nigerians have also been massacred between 30th of August 2015 and 30th of May 2016 in Southeast and South-south Nigeria by Nigerian security forces under a presidential death-code handed down to them by the Buhari administration for the purpose o violent suppression of unarmed and nonviolent assemblies embarked by regional self determination activists. The activists have never used or advocated group violence in Nigeria or any part thereof till date.

Looking at these chilling and horrible statistics, the thematic question is: what has government and its security forces done to tame these? The answer is nothing. That is to say that Government is fully aiding and abetting the sundry ethno-religious cleansing and butcheries. When Government aids and abets crimes, it becomes expressly culpable.
