Give Buhari Time To Respond To Our Demands, Clark, Attah, Pleads N’Delta Militants
November 7, 2016 News

Leaders of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, Chief Edwin Clark and Obong Victor Attah, have asked people of the region and the Militants to give the federal government time to respond to the 16-point demands presented to President Muhammadu Buhari last Tuesday.

In an interview, Chief Clark recalled that the President had promised to study their demands and get back to the leaders. He, however, advised the Presidency not to tarry for too long before responding to issues raised in the forum’s position paper.

“As Mr President said, they are going to study our documents. So, we are waiting for them and we do hope it will be early response because the boys themselves have spoken today that they were happy with what we went for and the government should act immediately.

‘’We have our body, PANDEF, we would be in contact with the Minister of State (Petroleum) from time to time. So, the President too recognized that, and we too acknowledged it, that the Minister of State for Petroleum, is the bridge between us and the government.

“The President should not sit on our demands for too long. These things must be attended to as soon as possible because this opportunity that we had on Tuesday may not arise again. If nothing is done for some time and you ask Niger Deltans to go and see Mr President, they may not go, which would be dangerous. “When government threatened to go with force to the Niger Delta, oil production fell to about one million barrels per day.

The minister said the other day that since we have been talking to our boys and since we have been able to discuss with the government, the oil has gone up to about 2.1 million barrels per day.

‘’So, that is the present position, and with the fall in oil prices, you need the quantity to make up. So, if the federal government decides to take the other way round of trying to attack or occupy our communities, killing people and so on, it would be very disastrous. It will not be in anybody’s interest,” he warned.

On his part, Obong Attah said in the meantime, there was need for confidence-building on both sides, adding that the best way for government to do that was to immediately set up its own dialogue team to interface with the group.

“If you read that presentation properly, the essence of it is to say to Mr President, we have to build confidence on both sides. The militants in the creeks must trust that the government is determined to do something about changing the situation that they find themselves in today.

‘’The government must feel that the militants are prepared to lay down their arms and accept dialogue as a means of solving the situation. So, this confidence-building is one of the key issues and the first thing that needs to happen to demonstrate that government will set up its own dialogue team without any delay.”

‘’When the government does that, everybody would know that yes, government is now prepared to talk and find solutions. What we went there with were just issues that we know if discussed and resolved satisfactorily, would bring peace.

‘’So, it is not as people think. Yes, there are suggestions, there are even demands, if you like. Such things as please stop gas flaring! How can anybody suggest that gas flaring should continue in today’s world with this global warming and the devastating effects that we are seeing in it? ‘’Ask the International Oil Companies, IOCs, to relocate to their places of operation.

That makes sense to everybody. Find a way of training these militants and transiting them into proper jobs. ‘’Give a robust ICT programme for them to go in so that they can make themselves entrepreneurs. Agriculture too is very important. These are the kin.

Donald Trump two points ahead of Hillary Clinton in poll that has accurately predicted last three presidential elections

Most polls predict the Democrat candidate winning, including another new national survey which shows her soaring to a double-digit lead

Donald Trump is narrowly leading Hillary Clinton in the race to become US president according to a new poll, which has been the most accurate predictor of America's last three elections.

The Investor's Business Daily/ TIPP tracking poll showed the Republican candidate with a two percentage point lead over Democrat Ms Clinton on Saturday.

But 16 days before the national vote, Ms Clinton had a 95 per cent chance of winning according to a Reuters/Ipsos electoral-vote analysis, also released on Saturday. Another new poll had the Democrat soaring to a double-digit lead over Mr Trump.

Hillary Clinton takes double-digit lead over Donald Trump in new poll
Only half of Republicans would accept Clinton as president, poll shows
Hillary Clinton won every debate but gap is narrowing, polls find

Analysts have said the results of the IBD/TIPP poll are surprising. Statistics on how 11 national polls performed in the last three elections rank the survey top, but the likelihood of so many other polls all being wrong is extremely low.

The IBD/TIPP predictions suggested Mr Trump could secure 42.1 per cent of the vote, while Ms Clinton would only get 40.8 per cent.

The poll surveyed 783 likely voters. It reflected the rolling average of six days’ worth of polling, with a margin of error of 3.6 percentage points.

Donald Trump wants one last debate with Hillary Clinton before election

Respondents were asked how they would vote in a four way race, with Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein included. They got seven per cent and three per cent support respectively.

On Sunday morning Mr Trump tweeted a link to the poll results. Critics said he was "cherry-picking" polls to claim a lead he does not really have.

Less surprising were the demographic trends shown by the new poll.

According to IBD/TIPP data Mr Trump does better than Ms Clinton among men (48 per cent to 34 per cent), lower income voters (48 per cent to 35 per cent), rural voters (60 per cent to 22 per cent), and those who identify as religious.

Ms Clinton beats Mr Trump with women (46 per cent to 38 per cent), voters aged 18 to 44 (41 per cent to 34 per cent), the wealthy (47 per cent to 38 per cent), and investors (48 per cent to 38 per cent).

Ms Clinton has been described by US media as acting as if the presidential race is all but won, while Mr Trump himself admitted it was his “last chance”.

On Friday The New York Times described Ms Clinton as “working to ensure a victory that is decisive enough to earn a mandate for her presidency.”

The Washington Post reported: “Emboldened by polls predicting an electoral-college landslide in the presidential race, Clinton is shifting her strategy to lift up other Democrats coast to coast.”

Although the new data appears to suggest Ms Clinton has assumed victory prematurely, polling experts have said it is extremely unlikely the IBD/TIPP poll will prove to be correct. It is more likely polls showing Trump leading are outliers, either by statistical chance or by an error in their design.

Many things can go wrong in polling and even the stated margin of error only means 95 percent of the time the true value will be within that range. Five per cent of the time polls are expected to be way off.

Two other polls have shown Mr Trump leading in recent weeks: Rasmussen and USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times.

The USC/LA Times poll was expected to produce different results to most because of its unique methodology, the Huffington Post reported.

Researchers asked: “What is the percent chance that if you were to vote, you will vote for Clinton, Trump, or someone else?”, instead of the usual “Who would you vote for?” question.

Meanwhile, Rasmussen polls often lean more Republican than other surveys. Some critics speculate this is intentional, but it could also result from the surveys landline-heavy automated polling methodology.

The IBD/TIPP poll has particularly surprised analysts because it is highly regarded and has previously performed extremely well.

However, experts have cautioned that even the best polls can suffer errors.

Niger Delta Militants Disagree On Stakeholders Meeting With Buhari
November 7, 2016 News
niger-delta-militants1

There was crisis in Niger Delta over the weekend as two major fierce militant groups, Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) and its Urhobo/Isoko counterpart, Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate (NDGJM) disagreed on the 16 point demands presented to President Muhammadu Buhari during last Tuesday meeting with leaders and elders of the region.

While Niger Delta Avengers maintain that it was not disappointed by the outcome of the meeting between elders of the region and the federal government, its counterpart noted for destruction of oil pipelines upland, NDGJM said the humiliation that came with the meeting of the PANDEF with President Buhari was not a surprise to the group.

Their positions were contained in separate statements issued and signed by Messrs Aldo Agbalaja for NDGJM and Mudoch Agbinibo for NDA, both disagreeing on the contents of the demands as well as the composition of the team that met with the president.

The NDA, which first issued its statement, said it was not disappointed by the outcome of the meeting between elders of the region and the federal government.

It stated emphatically that the fathers and elders of the region had done the needful and was not disappointed noting that the issues they raised brought to the fore the mistakes of the federalism that sustained the struggle for restoration of their land.

“Our fathers and elders have done the needful we are not disappointed. The issues they raised bring to the fore the mistakes of the Nigerian federalism that have sustained the perennial struggle for restoration of our land.”

The militant group said the demands by their elders and fathers were the minimal legitimate roadmap to setting up the framework to achieving the short, medium and long objective for the restoration of tranquility and development of the region.

“Some are issues that need affirmative actions, the immediate take off of academic activities for the Nigerian Maritime University (NMU) Okerenkoko for the 2016/17 academic sessions, withdrawing all occupational security agencies and agents in the Niger Delta.

“The Nigerian state genuinely need the cooperation of our people to sustain the flow of the abundant crude oil and gas resources in our land to quench her appetite of developing other sections of the country without regards to the Niger Delta, the people and the environment,” it added.

The militant group said the Niger Delta elders and leaders under the leadership of Edwin Kiagbodo Clark’s Pan-Niger Delta Elders and Stakeholders Forum deserves kudos from all well meaning Nigerians for presenting such minimal demands before the government to pacify a people and region that has being continuously raped and dehumanised since 1914.

It said the demands tabled before President Buhari would lead the roadmap to engender desired peaceful atmosphere that Nigerian state so need if there was sincerity.

“Our Elders, Traditional Rulers and stakeholders have spoken. They have placed the minimal legitimate demands of the Niger Delta region before the Nigerian government. The prospects of regaining the trust of the people by talking down on the people or using the instruments of force by the state are gone,” NDA said.

But the Urhobo/Isoko militant group rubbished the meeting between President Buhari and the Clark-led elders and leaders, insisting that the team comprised spent forces that were not representing the various people in the region.

“Like we said prior to now, if there will be a dialogue and an agreement between the Niger Delta and the federal government, it has to be transparent and sincere, and the representatives of our people will be selected by the various people, not handpicked by the cabal of leeches responsible for the current deplorable state of our land and people,” it added.

The militant group said the humiliation that came with the meeting of the PANDEF with President was not a surprise to the NDGJM, apparently referring to the president’s statement that those who have another country should leave.

“We expected it because we know even the government knows the character and intent of the man and most of those he led to the meeting. We warned and the government/the world gave heed. The only painful part is the fact that the humiliation is stamped on the collective image of our people,” it stated.

While claiming responsibility for last Tuesday destruction of Trans Frocados Export pipeline, NDGJM said it was a warning to Nigeria, noting that its central command had put in place a grand plan to bring the country’s daily output crude oil quota to 500,000 stressing that the nation should be ready for the approaching Tsunami.

On the perceived disagreements amongst the militants, the NDA however agreed that there was problems amongst the various groups in the agitation stressing that they might not be talking with one voice assuring that the truth will soon come out.

“There are no problems among groups in the agitation; we may have challenges of speaking in one voice. When the trumpet blows, we will go the biblical way of “separating the Wheat from the Tares” (Matthew 13:24-3.

“We know that, there are some elements and by-products of conflicts merchants from the Niger Delta working with some sold and bought up interests against the peace and development of the Niger Delta that works closely with President Buhari,” it added.

Meanwhile, Niger Delta Intellectual body, the South-south Reawakening Group (SSRG) yesterday urged the federal government to ignore calls for the withdrawal of troops from the Niger Delta region.

Convener of the group, Joseph Ambakederimo, said in Warri that people of the region were the architects of the deployment of troops to the area and therefore should be ready to bear the brunt.

“On the call for the withdrawal of the military from the region, we say No. SSRG supports the militarisation of the region as this has brought some sanity and safety of lives and property. It is only those who have something to hide that are uncomfortable with the presence of the military.

“If we follow due process and employ civilised means of ventilation of grievances, there would have been no need for the military to be deployed to the region.

“We invited them and therefore we have to endure the pains and discomfort that come with it,” the SSRG said.

“Confirmed! Facebook Is Auto-Hiding Trump Supporter Comments Since Yesterday Afternoon To Help Hillary!
November 4, 2016 Alex 5 Comments # Facebook, # hillary clinton, # USA Election

We all know that Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz has committed $20M to help beat Trump, but since yesterday they are officially working against Trump! Facebook algorithms are working against Trump, and since yesterday afternoon they are auto-hiding every Trump supporters comment you can see it for yourself in a screenshot below! People started to complain about Facebook auto hiding their comments, but after some professional investigation, we have discovered that they are only auto-hiding anti-Hillary or comments made by Trump supporters!

Until now, those efforts have not included making endorsements or contributions in presidential elections,” Moskovitz wrote back in September. “The Republican Party and Donald Trump, in particular, is running on a zero-sum vision, stressing a false contest between their constituency and the rest of the world.”

For Moskovitz, Trump represents fear, tribalism, and intolerance. He would lead the country to turn away from the world as represented by his number one policy priority; Moskovitz wrote ― “the literal building of a wall between our neighbor and us.”

As you can see in the screenshot below Facebook algorithm is working to hide every anti-Hillary comments!

But it seems to us that the fight against Trump is not only with the money that Facebook has donated in Hillary’s campaign but also with an actual help from Facebook itself! The Gizmodo leaks already showed employees voting in an internal poll to decide what questions they should ask CEO Mark Zuckerberg at his weekly Q&A. One of the more popular options was a loaded question concerning Republican frontrunner Donald Trump: “What responsibility does Facebook have to prevent President Trump in 2017?” In response, the social network has hurriedly insisted that it’s a “neutral” platform and won’t use its considerable power to influence the election. But who really believes them?

We must stop this and share this everywhere enough is enough censorship everywhere, and the mainstream media is silent as always! And, given their political stances, this should make conservatives and libertarians very concerned indeed.

ALERT! ALERT!! ALERT!!!
IPOB has received information confirmed by our intelligence team that Buhari through his secret police the DSS have succeeded in putting pressure on Justice Binta Nyako to fake illness and not attend the hearing tomorrow in the case involving the IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu.

This was the same delay tactics used to pressure judges in the past to deliver illegal rulings in favour of the unconstitutional DSS. Despite the fact that the focus of the world is on the Nigerian Judicial System, Buhari egged on by Daura of DSS is bent on perverting the course of justice again.
The world is hereby put on notice that Justice Binta Nyako is in danger of being blackmailed by Buhari who has threatened to reopen corruption charges against her husband, former Governor of Adamawa State Murtala Nyako if she appears in court tomorrow.
This tactic of intimidating judges handling this case and subversion of justice must be resisted by all men and women of good conscience. Judges who cannot be compromised and at various times ruled against Buhari's interest are facing corruption charges while those mired in corrupt practices whilst presiding over cases for Buhari, like the epitome of corruption and disgrace to the legal profession, Justice John Tsoho are still allowed to preside over cases while fearless judges have been barred from handling courts cases.
Justice Binta Nyako was sighted on Friday the 4th of November 2016 in good health. If she fails to turn up to preside over the hearing tomorrow the 8th of November 2016, the world should know that Buhari has succeeded through his DSS to intimidate this woman the way they intimidated and compromised John Tsoho the previous judge.

“The new President will be facing several challenges over many issues, including: passing bills, attempts to possibly pass a vote of no confidence on the new President.

“The boat of the new President will be rocked.

“By the way, in order not to keep you in suspense, what I frankly saw is a woman.”
