Hon.Binta Nyako{Mrs.}is one of the women who have insisted that what a man can do, a woman can even do better.
She is the only female judge who will sit and hear the case of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, and Director of Radio Biafra and BIAFRA television worldwide, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu.

In flashback, you may recall that Mr. Nnamdi Kanu was abducted in his Lagos hotel room on October 14, 2015, according to the direct order of Muhammadu Buhari, the incumbent President of the British concocted Islamic republic of Nigeria and also a 21st century dictator.

Ever since then, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been incarcerated despite several court competent jurisdictions, ordering for his unconditional release.

So far, two high profile Federal High court judges have washed their hands off the case, due to the desperate bid by the President to clamp down on any judicial officer that will give Justice to the case.

Hon. Justice Binta Nyako,who is as matter of fact, is the only female judge to handle the case. She is Buhari's sister, having hailed from the same Daura, Kastina State with him.

There have been rumors and revelations from Biafrans and other independent analysts, that Hon. Mrs.Binta met privately with President Muhammadu Buhari, and other northern elites before she agreed to take over the case.

Reliable sources have come up with so much revelations that Mrs.Binta Nyako pledged not to repeat a kind of mistakes that the previous fellow judge, John Tsoho made by his inability to convict Nnamdi Kanu{POC}.

Hon.John Tsoho who recently washed off his hands from Nnamdi Kanu's trial by force, was paid handsomely to send the IPOB leader to jail; but he failed woefully due to persistent counter forces from Nnamdi Kanu's legal team.

Based on that, Hon.Binta pledged to be faster in any action that will nail Nnamdi Kanu, as her Daura brother, President Muhammadu Buhari wishes.

By so doing, Hon.Mrs.Binta Nyako, decided to carry out a plan to destabilize Kanu's legal team, thereby fixing her first ever hearing, to clash with the already made ECOWAS court ruling due to hold on 8th of November, 2016.

8th of November is fast approaching with so many nationality, groups, international organizations and government bodies such as EU,British Parliament and others, watching keenly to know what the outcome will be.

That day will open a stage of justification of who truly Justice Binta Nyako is, it will also be the day to know whether she is the next and only female agent of dictatorship or not.

The immediate previous judge, Hon. John Tsoho used several months in search of some masquerades that will bear false witness against Nnamdi Kanu in order to convict him unlawfully; who knows what will be the style of Justice Binta Nyako, whom some viewable indications have shown that she may not carry out justice as the law demanded.
Will she be searching for masquerades as usual? Or will it be another drama in the stage of Nigeria court?
Maybe, it will even be an application of Sharia law this time around, after all, any inhabitants of the north sticks to Sharia law.

But before I cap it all, I would like to notify Hon. Binta Nyako, that we have already known all her romance with the presidency and other notable figures that is selfishly interested in the case.
We are also aware of all the plans going on between her and her fellow Daura Gestapo DSS, but one thing that is very clear is that the whole world knows plainly, the bold difference between self determination and treasonable felony.

Therefore, any plan to falsely convict the amiable leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr.Nnamdi Kanu will never hold water before any known law.

Finally, we are calling on all lovers of freedom worldwide to note all these, and as usual mount their satellite on Nigerian government, as Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be appearing in both ECOWAS and Nigeria court at the same day come November 8, 2016.

Biafrans are God's own people, blessed in every area of life both in health and natural resources. I mean naturally blessed by the Most High, the supreme creator of the whole universe.
Chukwu Okike-Abiama has given Biafrans wisdom,knowledge, and understanding to enable our pursuit towards the restoration of Biafra.
There are so many reasons why we seek freedom from Nigeria: but we have to observe the following to make Biafra restoration a reality-
(1) We must live according to the will of God, obey and keep all his commandments; for he has promised us with an oath to bless, protect, prosper and give use more knowledge to defeat our enemies in all ramifications of life.

(2). We must repent and forsake our sins and obey our creator's commandments that we may be saved in our nation Biafra.

(3). Biafrans shall therefore, choose to become humble and faithful in all things to our creator whose mighty hands shall liberate us out of zoNigeria) into our promise land (Biafra), we shall have a covenant with the lord of host to do his will and obey his rules and laws(commandment)

We Shall remain incorruptible, whiter than white, and whiter than snow, so that Chukwu Okike Abiama(God) can fight for us and destroy our enemies without any weapon nor war, but with his mighty hands.

(4). We must live in truth, and righteousness so as to enjoy the free gift of nature that comes with Biafra restoration.

Finally, it is noteworthy that Biafra land is a land of milk and honey with numerous human and natural resources, and also enabling environment with good and conducive weather.
Biafra has all it takes to be great and compete favourable with developed countries of the world.

With the restoration of Biafra, in less than 7years, Biafra shall become one of the greatest nations in the world. This is indisputable.

In what appears like a criticism of his successor’s selective anti-corruption war, and intolerance for freedom of speech, former President, Goodluck Jonathan, has tactically revealed why he did not detain President Muhammadu Buhari, during his reign.

Recall, that prior to the 2015 election, Buhari, the then Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, had threatened violence, if the 2015 elections were rigged in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

“If what happened in 2011 (alleged rigging) should again happen in 2015, by the grace of God, the dog and the baboon would all be soaked in blood.’’

Buhari had said. Speaking at a dinner he attended in the United States, on Saturday evening, Jonathan said, “under my watch, not a single Nigerian was sent to prison, because of anything they wrote, or said about me, or the administration that I headed,”

He added that, “Nigeria had neither political prisoners, nor political exile under my administration.” Jonathan, who was the keynote Speaker at the Nigerian Lawyers Association’s Annual Dinner and Merit Awards ceremony, held in New York, mentioned some factors he considered to be his administration’s democratic credentials.

650,000 emails were found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop that he shared with his wife Huma Abedin — Hillary Clinton’s longtime personal assistant.

One thing’s for sure — that’s a lot of emails.

On Saturday, it was reported that the FBI has found “tens of thousands of emails” belonging to Huma Adein on Anthony Weiner’s computer, raising questions how practical it is that any conclusive finding will be available or made by the FBI in the few days left before the elections

Now, according to the WSJ, it appears that Federal agents are preparing to scour roughly 650,000 emails that, as we reported moments ago were discovered weeks ago on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, to see how many relate to a prior probe of Hillary Clinton’s email use, as metadata on the device suggests there may be thousands sent to or from the private server that the Democratic nominee used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter.

And, according to earlier reports, the FBI has had to await a court order to begin reviewing the emails, because they were uncovered in an unrelated probe of Mr. Weiner, and that order was delayed for reasons that remain unclear.

More stunning is just how many emails were found on Weiner’s computer. And while one can only imagine the content of some of the more personal ones, the WSJ writes that the latest development began in early October when New York-based FBI officials notified Andrew McCabe, the bureau’s second-in-command, that while investigating Mr. Weiner for possibly sending sexually charged messages to a minor, they had recovered a laptop with 650,000 emails

Many, they said, were from the accounts of Ms. Abedin, according to people familiar with the matter.

His speech came at a time when several of his Aides are being detained, and some prosecuted for alleged corrupt practices, while many others have since absconded from the country.

Some of his former Aides being prosecuted include: the former National Security Adviser, NSA, Sambo Dasuki, former Presidential Aide, Waripamowei Dudafa. Others being investigated and currently in detention include: former Presidential spokesperson, Reuben Abati, and ex-FCT Minister, Bala Mohammed.

The speech also followed an increasing crackdown by security agencies, on citizen Journalists, and bloggers.

In his speech, the former President also argued strongly for Nigeria’s diversity, and its inherent benefits.

“We must resist the push of ego, that may make us want to pursue a regional, or narrow agenda.” Jonathan ended his speech with a touch on transparency and accountability.

“We enacted the Freedom of Information Act, and by that, we tore the veil of secrecy covering governance.” He noted.
