GOD IS TAKING YOU UP, WHERE YOU BELONG!

Welcome to today’s devotional with the BISHOP and SHEPHERD of our soul.

Yes, we live in a world filled with stress of different kinds but the GREATER ONE still lives inside of us. Jesus said in this world, we will have tribulations but He didn’t stop at that, He said He had overcome for us.

As this year rolls to an end, we can NEVER live our yesterday’s anymore but we can live our best in our today and our tomorrow.

The Holy Ghost wants to encourage someone today, all is not LOST. Worry, confusion, fear of the future, anxiety and stress will only slow you down. Give it all to God who is ABLE and KNOWS all things. He knows the way out and into your divine destiny and that is where He is taking you to.

All that you are going through is about the enemy giving it his best to stop you. But, did he stop your birth? No, he couldn’t because you are already a “TIMED AND FINISHED WORK” of Jehovah and when God says a thing, nothing can stop it.

Mark the word, the Holy Spirit used, “TIMED” Which means God has the outline and He is in charge. All that you are and have been going through are part of your preparation and training for the occupation of your territory for Christ.

The TRUTH is you are part of God’s salvation plan and if the death and resurrection of Christ was achieved, the Holy Spirit is on earth doing wonders, then the part of the plan where you represent is already a success.

The ONLY place you CAN GO, IS UP to greatness. My brother, my sister, allow Divinity hug strength back into you through the Word of God and fellowship with the Holy Spirit. You are loved by THE BEST.

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis rejects country's first ever Muslim Prime Minister

Romania’s president has rejected the nomination of the country’s first ever Muslim candidate for prime minister.

President Klaus Iohannis said he had “carefully weighed the arguments for and against” appointing Sevil Shhaideh and had decided not to accept the nomination.

Ms Shhaideh, who is a member of the country’s Muslim Tartar minority, had been put forward by the Social Democratic Party, which comprehensively won Romania's election earlier this month with 45 per cent of the vote.

She was nominated by party leader Liviu Dragnea, who would normally have assumed the post himself but is unable to do so because of a conviction for electoral fraud.

Some had suggested he was instead planning to run the government through Ms Shhaideh, who has only a few months' experience in government.

​President Iohannis called on the Social Democrats to pick someone else to lead the government but did not give a reason for rejecting Ms Shhaideh.

Mr Dragnea has previously suggested he will fight any attempt by the president to block his choice of prime minister.

“If Iohannis rejects our proposal, I’m not going to make a second one. We’ll see each other in some other place," he said.

Following the rejection, Mr Dragnea said he could begin the process of seeking to remove Mr Iohannis as president.

“It seems the president clearly wants to be suspended," Mr Dragnea said.

“We’ll weigh our options very carefully, because we don’t want to take emotional decisions. We don’t want to trigger a political crisis for nothing, but if we come to the conclusion that the president must be suspended, I won’t hesitate.”

Under Romania’s constitution, Mr Dragnea now has the opportunity to nominate one other candidate for prime minister, who must be accepted by the president. If that does not happen, another election will be held.

Before her nomination was rejected, Ms Shhaideh was on course to become the first Muslim leader of an EU country and the first female Romanian prime minister.

An economist, she previously served for six months as Minister of Regional Development in the last Social Democrat-led government but otherwise has little political experience.

Her nomination by Mr Dragnea came as a shock, with commentators having expected a more senior member of the party to be chosen for the post.

It led to suggestions the party leader was attempting to appoint a prime minister he could easily control.

There is no law preventing Mr Dragnea taking the position himself but President Iohannis was elected on an anti-corruption platform and has said he will not accept as prime minister anyone who has a criminal conviction.

Sergiu Miscoiu, a Romanian political science professor, told Reuters: “Dragnea has nominated a loyal person ... it will be a government controlled by Dragnea."

Mr Dragnea himself appeared to echo the sentiment, telling reporters: “The political responsibility stays with me first of all."

Ms Shhaideh’s nomination was a historic one in a country where only 0.3 per cent of people are Muslim.

With President Iohannis being a Protestant of German heritage, it temporarily raised the prospect of Romania’s two leading politicians both coming from religious minorities in a country where 80 per cent of the population is Orthodox Christian.

Kanu trial, an unfathomable injustice, says HURIWA
The Human Rights Writers Association Of Nigeria (HURIWA) has described as a monumental injustice the decision by President Muhammadu Buhari, through his Justice minister Abubakar Malami, to parade masked witnesses against Mr Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Europe registered Indigenous People of Biafra (IPO and Director of United Kingdom based Radio Biafra.
The rights group has also criticised Justice Binta Murtallah Nyako for bragging that the Federal High Court room is hers and therefore she can do whatever or issue whatever order she deems appropriate just as the group said the presiding judge can’t go outside the provisions of the Constitution in reaching a determination of any prayer at any given stage of the subsisting matter because doing otherwise would be illegal and absolutely non-permissible by law.
HURIWA reminded the judge, Mrs Binta Murtallah-Nyako, that the global community is watching her proceedings even as generations yet unborn will judge her conducts and decisions, which would have far-reaching implications in whatever legacies she intends to build.
Besides, HURIWA stressed that it is an unmitigated crime against natural law for the Federal High Court to have disregarded the constitutionally guaranteed human rights of the defendants to fair hearing and open trial just in a choreographed attempt to railroad the accused into prison to satisfy the wishes, whims and capricious intentions of President Muhammadu Buhari who has on many occasions in the media passed a verdict against Mr Nnamdi Kanu and his organisation as having committed ‘serious crime’ against his government.
The rights group further stated that the ruling by the Federal High Court to shield the identities of witnesses who would testify against Mr Daniel Kanu is reminiscent of kangaroo trial process used during the brutal dictatorships that held Nigerians in bondage for over four decades prior to 1999 when overwhelming global pressures forced the coup plotters to vacate political offices, restored political and democratic order and proceeded to return to their military barracks.
“We totally condemn Justice Binta Murtallah Nyako for granting this awkward and unconstitutional prayers of President Muhammadu Buhari which will in the long run deny the defendants and the rest of the citizenry the right to witness an open, transparent, accountable and clean judicial process since the matter involving the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPO versus Muhammadu Buhari ruling elite has since become a national phenomenon in which every citizen of Nigeria is keen to know how the entire scenarios are resolved. The plot to present masked witnesses is both anachronistic and antithetical to moral, and ethical justice. This can only happen in banana republics or failed political entities whereby military might is right”.
“We in the human rights community believe that the claim by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, of a plot by the Federal Government to invite foreign personnel to testify against him in court is extensively damaging and from the trajectories of events since the legal ordeals of Mr Nnamdi Kanu started it is not farfetched to notice that indeed the Presidency which has been on an overdrive to jail the IPOB officials by hook or crook may have actually perfected plans to import ghost witnesses to rope the accused into a phantom crime of treasonable felony. This illegality which has made the current administration a laughing stock in the international community of civilised people must be challenged and overturned on appeal.”
HURIWA recalled that Mr Nnamdi Kanu, who is currently facing trial alongside three other Biafra agitators, Mr. Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi publicly made the allegation on the very day Justice Binta Nyako of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court denied him bail.
The trial Justice Binta refused to grant bail to any of the defendants pending the determination of the 11-count criminal charge the Federal Government preferred against them. Charges against Kanu and other defendants border on treasonable felony and their alleged involvement in acts of terrorism. She equally granted the government the prayer to present masked witnesses.
HURIWA has therefore urged the legal team representing the IPOB hierarchy to file an appeal without let nor hindrance just as the group has appealed to all right thinking persons to call President Buhari to order so as to terminate this kangaroo persecution of Mr Nnamdi Kanu and his colleagues.
HURIWA said the trial of Nnamdi Kanu must be terminated because the agitation by IPOB for self-determination for South East of Nigeria finds legal basis in extant global humanitarian laws and for the practical facts that the members of IPOB are absolutely peaceful and not known to carry arms or weapons unlike the several rampaging gangs of armed Fulani herdsmen who have killed thousands of Nigerians but are left by the Nigerian Military to continue their dare devil atrocities against innocent citizens. http://guardian.ng/news/masked....-witnesses-in-kanu-t
