Why Buhari Must Resign From Aso Rock With Immediate Effect - Wailing Wailers

The good People of Nigeria, we thank you for your patience and resilience under the government of President Muhammadu Buhari with no single achievement ever since he was sworn in on the 29th of May, 2015.

We want Nigerians to recall that during the electioneering campaign of Buhari and his party APC, promises were made that if they come to power life will become better for the people; massive job creation, economic and political stability, $1=N1, etcetera.

But instead of fulfilling even a few of those promises that will make life better for an average man in Nigeria, people are becoming jobless, people can no longer afford to send their kids to school nor feed adequately, a lot of people are in critical medical condition, no medicare for them, our roads are bad, electricity situation in Nigeria has gone from bad to worse, everything is turning upside down under President Buhari.

Of course, his followers and supporters will hurriedly jump into defense that he is fighting corruption, we do not dispute that but what has happened to all the corrupt people he named as ministers and aides in his cabinet?

Why are we still trying to borrow $29.6Billion? Why is President Buhari opting to sell Nigeria’s critical assets to fund consumables in his 2016 and 2017 budget? Inflation is now 18%, GDP has shrink beyond what words of mouth can explain.

Buhari is planning to sell NNPC, DPR, PPPRA & others refineries. At this point even if he sells Nigeria no one can do anything.

AMCON boss, Ahmed Kuru is also planning to sell Keystone Bank, a Nigerian asset to Northern cabal loyal to President Buhari.

What has happened to all the allegedly recovered loots? Based on an estimate, well over $200 Billion has been recovered!

For the avoidance of doubt, if a fund is called “Recovered” it means it is in the possession of the government and no constraint is placed on it that might be hindering the government from spending it.

Over 1,000 Shiites Muslims were killed in cold blood, same as the agitators for the Restoration of Biafra country.

Nigeria is not a “banana republic” where citizens can just be killed by free will as if they don’t have a right to live as enshrined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

All of these inhumane treatments are meted to citizens under a duly elected democratic President in Nigeria.

Unfortunately, all the leaders who are supposed to stand up firmly to defend our badly weakened democracy have gone into hiding because of fear of being tyrannically bullied, some others have soiled there hands in dirt and have lost there voices.

We the wailing wailers, a voice that speaks the truth no matter how ugly it may look, calls on all the well meaning Nigerians to rise up, enough is enough for all the ethno-religios-partisanship division in Nigeria, enough is enough for all the ineptitude of President Buhari.

If we allow things to continue this way, 2019 is not far but still far, we may not have anything left to hold on to as a people, we therefore call on President BUHARI to hand over power to his Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo.

President Buhari has said it on many occasions that old age may limit his performance and really his old age is affecting the sovereignty of Nigeria in negative ways.

We urge him to resign if he truly loves Nigeria as he professes, to avoid it sliding into total collapse.

All the pro-Nigeria and Pro-Democracy should join us on Tuesday, November 15th from 11 AM Nigerian time for a Social Media storm with the hashtag #BuhariMustGo.

Thank you and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Allow Prayer Warriors Cleanse White House Before Moving in – IPOB Writes Trump

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has advised the President elect of the United States of America, USA, Donald Trump to rededicate America back to God if he wants to succeed.

This was as the secessionist group claimed that the outgoing President, Barack Obama had deviated from American godly way.

IPOB, in a statement by its spokesperson, Emma Powerful also advised the US President-elect carry out spiritual cleansing of the White House before moving in after his swearing in on January 20. 2017.

The statement reads, “We are giving that as an advice to the US President elect Mr.Trump because it has become very necessary because of the romance of the current occupant of the American seat of power with the Islamisation agenda around the world.

“The incumbent President Obama chose to depart from the core values of America, a country founded on God to pursue the total islamisation agenda against the Christian communities and against the wish of Americans.

“We the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra want to advise American President-elect , Donald Trump to first bring powerful men of God to cleanse the White House before parking in if he wants to succeed and make sure his government brings back the face of God Almighty to America again.

“He should rededicate America to God Almighty if he truly wants to make America great again. Obama administration has defiled White House. God is unhappy with the US because Obama has forsaken the godly principles of the founding fathers of America who preached for the face of God Almighty in everything America does. Even America wrote: IN GOD WE TRUST in their currency and other important things in America. That is a sign to prove that America is a God’s own nation.

“We will not be surprised if he (Obama) may have dedicated White House to strange gods. This is why God rejected him and his candidate, Hillary Clinton because God wants to restore the lost glory of America.”

Trump, a Republican had emerged the 43rd President after a fiercely contested US Presidential election against all odds and predictions against him.

BREAKING: Niger Delta Avengers In Multiple Explosion Blow Up 3 Pipelines Owned By Shell, Agip & Oando

The Niger Delta Avengers says it has blown up three pipelines operated by by Oando, Agip and Shell, warning that there is doom ahead. Read their full statement below...

At about 11.45pm November 15, 2016, our Elite Strike Team 03 struck Nembe 1, 2 and 3 truck line operated by Agip, Oando and Shell with supply capacity of 300,000 barrel per day to Bonny export terminal in Bayelsa State. This is in response to the so-called " Operations Sharkbite" an art of terrorism commissioned by the tyranny of the Nigerian Navy establishment and orchestrated by some elements of the ruling political class to continuously undermine any effort by the Nigerian state to addressing the legitimate demands of the people of the Niger Delta and as well a conspiracy to bloat the accounts of some security contractors and conflict merchants within the party structure of the APC.

We are only reiterating our strong resolve that, time is running against the Nigerian government, that there is doom ahead. The Nigerian government need our cooperation more than we need the government as it concerns the extraction of the crude oil and hydrocarbon resources in our God-given land. We are determined to continue this war by all means necessary, until that environment prevails for a genuine dialogue and negotiations within the framework of the sixteen point key demands presented to President Muhammadu Buhari by PANDEF on the 1st of November 2016.

We want the peace with honour, we don't want the Peace of Our Time. Since that moment military was drafted into the Niger Delta as an instrument of suppression to our fatherland against all peaceful protest and legitimate demands the fear had gone. The message is getting stronger with more messengers.

Brig.Gen Mudoch Agbinibo
Spokesperson.

Nigeria Customs Stinks, Should Be Investigated - Saraki Orders

Nigerian Senate on Tuesday resolved to investigate the Nigerian Customs in order to identify leakages and irregularities leading to dwindling revenues in the country.

Recall that the Senate through its committee on Customs, Excise and Tariff has uncovered how automobile giant, Volkswagen Nigeria Limited has been importing its brand of vehicles rather than assembling them in Nigeria.

The committee also discovered over 1000 uncleared containers in Ikorodu owned by Delta and Jigawa states government, which have been at the Customs Service and Nigeria Port Authority’s custody for the past 10 years.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki said 'that place is stinking; just last week we heard the former Customs Boss returned N1Billion. The NCS should be investigated"

The law making organ therefore mandated it's Customs Committee to investigate the Nigeria Customs Service to identify leakages and irregularities leading to dwindling revenues.

DSP Ekweremadu commended the Senate on its continued focus on not just expenditure but also revenue. He says it's time to look at NCS' books.

Senate also noted Cargo Handling procedures violating the CEMA Act Provisions leading to loss of massive revenue and pain on importers.

Senate Rejects Buhari's 46 Non-Career Ambassadorial Nominees

The Senate yesterday rejected the list of the 46 ambassadorial nominees sent by President Muhammadu Buhari last month. The rejection came barely 24 hours after All Progressives Congress (APC) governors expressed displeasure with Buhari for not consulting with them over the list.

The Senate has returned the list to Buhari to rework and re-present it for approval.

On Monday, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, acting on behalf of President Buhari, met with six APC governors, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara, as well as Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Babachir David Lawal. The governors protested lack of consultation by the Presidency before the names were forwarded to the Senate.

During the meeting, Osinbajo had promised that every critical stakeholder of the ruling party will be carried along in future appointments, especially the soon-to-be made board appointments.

The Senate returned the non-career ambassadorial nominees to Buhari, sequel to the report presented to the chamber by its Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Senator Monsurat Sunmonu.

After presenting the report, Sunmonu told lawmakers that the committee received over 250 petitions from the public protesting the lopsided composition of the non-career ambassadorial list.

She said even though the committee received many petitions against the career nominees, the complaints received against the 46 non-career ambassadorial nominees were more overwhelming.

Accordingly, she advised the Senate to return the list to the President to enable him prepare a new one that would be acceptable to Nigerians.

Heeding this advice, Senate Leader Ali Ndume moved a motion and seconded by the Minority Leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, urging the Upper Chamber to return the list to the President.

Saraki put the motion to voice vote, it was overwhelmingly supported by the lawmakers, who have resolved the issue during its short closed-door session, as there was no dissenting voice to the resolution.

Those on the rejected list include a former Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly and a chieftain of APC, Dr. Olorunimbe Mamora. A former deputy governor of Plateau State, PauIine Tallen, had earlier rejected her nomination, citing family demands.

Others which Mrs Uzoma E. Emenike (Abia), Dr. Clifford Zirra (Adamawa), Maj. Gen. Godwin G. Umo (retd) (Akwa Ibom), Christopher J.N. Okeke (Anambra), Yusuf Tugar (Bauchi), Baba Madugu (Bauchi), Brig. Gen. Stanley Diriyai (Bayelsa) and Dr. Enyantu Ifenne (Benue).

Mohammed Hayatuddeen (Borno), Dr. Etubom N.E Asuquo (Cross River), Francis Efeduma (Delta), Mr. Jonah M. Odo (Ebonyi), Uyagwe Igbe (Edo), Ayodele L. Ayodeji (Ekiti), Maj. Gen. Chris Eze (Enugu), Alhaji Suleiman Hassan (Gombe) and Amin Muhammad Dalhatu (Jigawa), were also on the list.

On the 47 career ambassadorial nominees earlier screened by the committee, the Senate confirmed all of them, after initial opposition by Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, who insisted that the nominees who failed to recite the National Anthem, should be dropped.

He expressed concern that people entrusted to represent the country abroad could not recite the national anthem, despite rising from the ranks to the present cadre, where they were considered to protect and preserve Nigeria’s image in the international community.

However, Chairman of the Committee and other members including Senators James Manager, Bala Na’Allah and Gbenga Ashafa, said the screening was conducted without political coloration, urging the Senate to confirm all of them.

Manager said it was stage fright and not incompetence that made the nominees to encounter difficulty in the recitation of the the anthem, appealing that the minor hiccup was not sufficient to stop their appointments.

Those confirmed are Obinna Chukwuemeka (Abia); Salisu Umaru (Adamawa); Inyan Udo-Iyang(Akwa Ibom), Okeke Vivian Nwanaku (Anambra), Liman Munir (Bauchi), Ndem Jane Ada(Benue), Mohammed Hassan Hassan (Borno); Martin Young Cobham (Cross River); Janet Omoleegho Olisah (Delta) and Itegboje Sunday (Edo).

Fani-Kayode In Fresh Statement Condemns EFCC's Illegal Practices

Ex Aviation Minister, Femi Fani Kayode has condemned the EFCC for arresting him without an arrest warrant.

Here's a statement issued by his spokesman, Mr Jude Ndukwe.

“On monday November 14th 2016 at the Federal High Court in Lagos, Justice Muslim Hassan lambasted the EFFC and its prosecutor, one Mr. Rotimi Oyedepo, in open court for arresting Chief Femi Fani-Kayode at the Federal High Court premises on 21st October without an arrest warrant and for detaining him illegally without any detention order for 24 days.

“This was made all the more damning by the fact that Justice Hassan had previously warned the EFCC not to re-arrest Chief Fani-Kayode who had been previously detained by them for 67 days.

“Justice Hassan said this because he had granted Chief Fani-Kayode court bail as far back as July 4th and at the previous court session he had specifically warned and admonished the EFCC not to re-arrest or detain him after his lawyer told the court that that was what they were planning to do.

“Justice Hassan told the EFCC that serving charges on an accused person should not warrant arrest and detention and that he himself was once a prosecutor and that was not the way things are meant to be done.

“When Oyedepo attempted to lie to the court and feign ignorance of the re- arrest and detention of Chief Fani-Kayode and when he tried to proffer a shameless and disgraceful justification for it after he was forced to admit that it happened, Justice Hassan advised him to stop trying to defend the indefensible and advised him to tender his apologies to the court for the illegal behaviour of the EFCC.

“Oyedepo took the advice and he promptly apologised. The behaviour of the EFCC and their gestapo-like tactics does not surprise us because the hatred and pure venom that the Acting Chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, harbours for Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, his family and indeed any member of the opposition that speaks out openly against the government is self-evident and legendary.

“What is more surprising is the fact that every single newspaper in the country blacked out the story, with the exception of The Nation, and refused to report what was essentially a very serious and rare rebuke by a sitting Federal High Court judge about the wayward and reckless abuse of power by an organisation that is headed by a man who is filled with malice and who is prepared to do anything, including using the most primitive and barbaric practices of brutality and force and the perverse manipulation, threatening and teleguiding of the media to crush all forms of dissent and opposition in the name of fighting corruption.

“The truth is that Magu and his brutal and unlawful ways has created more enemies for the government and has thwarted and done greater damage to the war against corruption by targetting innocent men and women for persecution rather than prosecution.

“Chief Fani-Kayode has been detanied in underground cells by the EFCC for no less than a total of three months since the Buhari regime came to power all in the name of the investigation of spurious offences and baseless allegations when the law clearly states that an arrest and detention should only take place after an investigation is completed.

“Those in the media that, for reasons best known to themselves, chose to black out and refuse to report what really transpired in Justice Hassan’s court on monday 14th November and who sought to cover up the fact that the EFCC was openly rebuked and reprimanded for their barbaric ways and sordid tactics would do well to remember that though it is Chief Fani-Kayode’s rights that are being violated today it may well be theirs or that of their editors or publishers tomorrow.

“It is important that the Nigerian people know the truth about the way in which the EFCC behaves and reporting events factually and accurately is the lifeblood of democracy. We urge the Nigerian media to rise up to the occassion and not allow themselves to be used by a group of ruthless headhunters who wish to cover up their atrocities.”

BOMBSHELL!!! US Rejects ICC 'War Crimes' Probe

The United States insisted Tuesday its soldiers and spies in Afghanistan are not subject to prosecution by the International Criminal Court and any war crimes probe into their actions would be “unwarranted.”

On Monday, ICC chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda said she is considering whether to launch a full investigation into allegations that US troops and CIA operators tortured Afghan prisoners between 2003 and 2004.

But Washington has not ratified the Hague-based court’s founding Rome Statute, and State Department spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau said the United States thoroughly investigates allegations against its personnel.

“We have a robust national system of investigation and accountability that is as good as any country in the world,” she said.

“We do not believe that an ICC examination or investigation with respect to the actions of US personnel in relation to the situation in Afghanistan is warranted or appropriate,” she added.

“As we previously noted, the United States is not a party to the Rome Statute and has not consented to ICC jurisdiction.”

While the US has been leading calls for those behind atrocities in the Syrian conflict to be brought to justice in The Hague, there is no chance of any US soldiers ending up in the dock.

Last month, criticizing moves by some African countries to pull out of the court, State Department spokesman John Kirby said Washington thinks the “ICC has made valuable contributions in the service of accountability.”

But it has never been suggested that the United States itself, the world’s superpower, would accept international accountability.

The administration of former president George W. Bush authorized the use of so-called enhanced interrogation techniques — including water boarding — after the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States.

Those techniques were abolished by President Barack Obama when he took over the White House in January 2009, and he has since candidly admitted “We tortured some folks,” but no CIA officer or political leader has been prosecuted.
