It’s not too often we get to hear a news host make a claim on national television that is so definitive that you wonder if they will lose their job afterward, but that’s what just happened on “Fox & Friends,” when Tucker Carlson issued an urgent warning to Republicans who oppose Donald Trump.

Hillary Clinton as president will change America forever, and not in a positive way.
Here is what Carlson had to say…

“This is a pivot point in American history. If Hillary is elected – everyone is focused on her deficits as a person. The truth is it’s her policies. She’s going to open the borders, pack the Supreme Court and you are not going to have the same country. Maybe you like that, maybe you don’t. But we’re not going back to the status quo, period. And so Republicans need to understand if Trump loses, it is a new America, OK? A lot is on the line, whether you like him or not. That is real.”

We certainly agree with Tucker Carlson here. Republicans who oppose Trump need to take notice that if Hillary gets elected, our country will never be the same.

Of course, Trump doesn’t make all Republican voters happy, but any Republican who is considering voting for Hillary over Trump needs to understand the catastrophic consequences she will have on our country.

Gambia Withdraws From International Criminal Court

The government of Gambia has announced its withdrawal from the International Criminal Court, accusing the world body of ignoring the war crimes of Western nations and seeking only to prosecute Africans.

The announcement on Tuesday, October 25th by the West African nation, whose president, Yahya Jammeh, has called on the court to investigate African migrant deaths on the Mediterranean, comes just days after South Africa said it was quitting The Hague-based tribunal.

"This action is warranted by the fact that the ICC, despite being called the International Criminal Court, is in fact an International Caucasian Court for the persecution and humiliation of people of colour, especially Africans," Information Minister Sheriff Bojang said on state television.

He noted the case of the former British prime minister Tony Blair, whom the ICC decided not to indict over the Iraq war.

"There are many Western countries, at least 30, that have committed heinous war crimes against independent sovereign states and their citizens since the creation of the ICC and not a single Western war criminal has been indicted," Bojang said.

The ICC has had to fight off allegations of pursuing a neo-colonial agenda in Africa, where all but one of its 10 investigations have been based. Burundi has already said it plans to leave and Kenya's parliament is considering following suit.

The statement from Gambia, whose citizens make up a disproportionately high proportion of the African migrant flow to Europe, said it had sought to bring the European Union before the ICC over the deaths of migrants but received no response.

The ICC's current chief prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, (pictured) is Gambian and was as an adviser to Jammeh in the early years of his rule after he seized power in a coup in 1994. She later served as justice minister.

The Court at the weekend asked South Africa and Burundi to reconsider their decisions to leave. In a statement, Sidiki Kaba, president of the assembly of state parties to the ICC founding treaty, said:

"I urge them to work together with other states in the fight against impunity, which often causes massive violations of human rights,"

Kaba said he was concerned that South Africa and Burundi’s decisions would pave the way for other African states to leave the court.

"The tribunal is tasked with prosecuting the most serious crimes that shock the conscience of humanity, namely genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and crimes of aggression,"

Kaba criticised Burundi and South Africa accusing them of giving leaders on the continent a free hand to commit genocide.

"Burundi is leaving the ICC to keep committing crimes against humanity and possible genocide in its territory. Burundi’s president wants free hands to attack civilians," he said.

He added that the former South African president Nelson Mandela had "promoted the establishment of the court to avoid new massive crimes in Africa. Now under the Zuma leadership South Africa decided to cover up the crimes and abandoned African victims. The world is going backward."

"The chaos is coming. Genocide in Burundi and a new African war are in motion," he concluded.

BOMBSHELL: Southern Leaders Tackle Northern Elders


Four two days, elder statesmen and prominent leaders from the Southern Nigeria under the umbrella name of Southern Nigeria Peoples Assembly (SNPA) converged on Umuahia, Abia State capital to discuss way forward for the country. The Umuahia meeting was unique as it was an Expanded Elders/Management Committee.

The meeting was chaired by First Republic Minister for Aviation, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi and had in attendance co-Chairman and Leader of the South South, Chief Edwin Kiagbado Clark and Bishop Emmanuel Gbonigi, co-Chairman and Leader of the South West who was represented by Senator Femi Okurounmu.

Also at the meeting were Senator Adolphus Wabara, former Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife, Otuekong Idongesit Nkanga, Senator Kofo Bucknor Akerele, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, Senator Anthony Adefuyi, Iyom Josephine Anenih, Gen Tony Etukudoh, Prof. George Obiozor, Prof. Ihechukwu Madubuike and Senator Adelekan.

Others were Dr. Gregory Ibe, Senator Bassey Ewa Henshaw, Rt. Hon Tunde Akogun, Senator Mojisoluwa Akinfenwa, Senator Roland Owie, Col. Pam Oga, Chief Simon Okeke, among so many other elders and leaders from the three zones of Southern Nigeria.

The meeting deliberated on some of the contentious issues such as calls for Nigeria to be restructured, continuous herdsman attack on Southern Nigeria, the controversial grazing bill before the National Assembly, the activities of the Niger Delta Avengers and the military presence in the Niger Delta Region as well as the Nigeria Economy and President Muhammadu Buhari’s anti-corruption war.

Southern leaders at the meeting had harsh words for Northern who they accused of causing division and suspicion between the Buhari Government and the Southern people.

They said that the Northern elders see Buhari’s administration as exclusively theirs to the exclusion of the people of Southern Nigeria, and warned them to stop it for the good of the nation.

“The Northern Elders should desist from infusing the present administration with the “we versus them” mentality which is responsible for creating division and suspicion in the polity”, Southern elders warned and urged the government to consciously ensure equitable distribution of appointments and projects.

They also expressed worry that “the rampaging attacks, raping, wanton destructions of lives and properties of innocent Nigerians by Fulani herdsmen have continued unabated particularly the recent killings in Enugu state, Benue State which borders with Cross River state” and warned that the attacks by the herdsmen do “not make for peaceful co-existence and stability of the country”.

The Southern leaders also noted with concern what it called “the draft ill-conceived grazing bill which seeks to establish grazing reserves across the states of Nigeria”, saying that it “is not only anachronistic and antiquated, but also an unfortunate imposition of what ought to be private commercial business ventures into a national or government business”, and urged the National Assembly to oppose the grazing bill in both chambers and also urged the State Assemblies from the zone to legislate the prohibition of nomadic grazing by herdsmen and the establishment of grazing reserves and ranches with public funds.

They also urged the Southern Governors and the States Assemblies of the South to follow the Ekiti Model of handling the Herdsmen attack.

Akinwande’s absence at the Senate session yesterday stalled the screening of other nominees.


A competent source told The Nation Newspaper that Prof. Akinwande turned down the nomination “because he was not consulted before the nomination was made”.
Prof. Akinwande was doing a project at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

“We also learnt that enough consultation was not made before the man was nominated. We were informed that the nominee may have turned down his nomination,” the source said.

Heavy Tension As Truck-Loads Of Herdsmen, Cattle Arrive Enugu Community


Tension and protest, yesterday, greeted the arrival and settlement of over 200 herdsmen and their cows at Agu Obodo, Obeagwu Ozalla in Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The protesting community members said they were overwhelmed by over five trucks that off-loaded the herdsmen, their families and cows in the community and is asking the herdsmen to leave their land within three days as their people can no longer go to their farms.

President-General of Ozalla Development Union, ODU, Chief Afam Ani, who led the protesting women, youths and traditional rulers yesterday, said the herdsmen’s arrival, weekend, caused considerable anxiety and panic in the town, with his people living nearest to farm settlements abandoning their farms and dwellings and taking refuge in other parts of the town.

Ani narrated to newsmen that the herdsmen claimed they were evicted from their previous settlements at Maryland in Enugu South Local Government Area and decided to resettle in Ozalla.

He said they had informed security agencies, the local and state governments to help them evict the herdsmen, citing an ugly experience the community had with the herdsmen in 2012, when they attacked, raped and destroyed properties in the community.

The President-General disclosed that the herdsmen agreed to vacate the community within three days, but that he is pleading with the security agencies to help enforce the agreement.

A traditional ruler of one of the autonomous communities in Ozalla, Igwe C. O. Okafor, described the development as embarrassing, adding that they were not consulted by either the herdsmen or by any proxy before the invasion.

TENSION!!! Fayose Sounds Red Alert, Orders Ekiti Citizens To Defend Themselves Against Fulani Herdsmen


Governor Ayodele Fayose has charged Ekiti state residents to get ready to defend themselves against attacks by rampaging herdsmen.

He was reacting to threats of reprisal attack by the Miyeti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), an umbrella body of herdsmen who alleged that some of their cattle were killed recently.

"From the words and antecedents of the Miyatti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, it is clear that they have assurance beyond their personal minds from the federal government to kill Nigerians in place of their cows. If not, by now, the man who signed that press statement, threatening the entire people of Ekiti State ought to have been arrested and questioned.

" The herdsmen and those urging them on should also be informed that any attack on one Ekiti person is an attack on all Ekitis and we shall not sit back and allow our people to be killed under the guise of cattle rearing.

”In the event of federal government’s security agencies refusal to secure the lives and properties of Ekiti people, the people will have no option than to defend themselves. Our forefathers did same in the famous Kiriji War and we won’t mind doing the same now!”

“I am, therefore, using this opportunity to put Ekiti people, especially residents of border towns in the State on red alert. Ekiti people must be prepared to defend their land against these Philistines whose attributes and characters are extremism, violence, bloodshed and destruction.”

He also reiterated his resolve on the grazing law he signed in the state, "the Prohibition of Cattle and other Ruminants Grazing in Ekiti State Bill, 2016 that was signed into law on August 29, 2016 remains in force," he said.
